Nora Lane Uploader — Terms of Service

These Terms apply to Nora Lane Uploader, a personal video publishing tool operated by Haitao Sun.
Purpose and access
The tool is intended to upload prepared videos to the operator’s authorized YouTube channel. It is not a public service for registering or managing third-party accounts.
Only a channel owner or a person authorized by that owner may grant access or submit upload instructions.
Authorization and publication
The tool uses Google OAuth authorization to access YouTube. The channel owner remains responsible for granting permissions and choosing the intended channel and upload visibility.
An upload configured as public may become accessible immediately after YouTube processes it. The owner is responsible for reviewing publication settings and managing uploaded content through YouTube Studio.

Content responsibilities
The operator must have the necessary rights to upload submitted videos, images, music, and other materials.
Content must comply with applicable laws, YouTube’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, copyright rules, and disclosure requirements.
Nora Lane is a fictional adult AI-generated character. Her outfit videos provide styling inspiration and do not establish that a real person has worn, tested, or endorsed a product.
Availability and upload results
The tool depends on Google, YouTube, server hosting, and network availability. Uploads may fail, be delayed, or require renewed authorization.
The tool does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful publication, audience reach, revenue, or continued access to third-party services.
File handling
The uploader is configured to remove its received video copy after successful processing confirmation. Failed uploads and separate working copies may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Deleting a server copy does not delete a video already uploaded to YouTube.
Suspension and discontinuation
Operation may be paused or discontinued because of authorization failures, technical problems, security concerns, or changes in third-party requirements.

Information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
YouTube terms
By using the tool to interact with YouTube, authorized users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
